hello!

I’m Heather, presidential doodler.

Years ago, I made a half-hearted commitment to read at least one book about every U.S. president and it morphed into a full-blown obsession. The more I learn, the more I want to know.

Want to pick what I read next? Perfect, because I’m trying to delegate that responsibility.

Follow along as I bring the book that’s been percolating in my head to life.

I’m playing around with an online store!

Doodles are being yanked out of my sketchbooks and onto merch. (Whoa!) If this catches on, I’ll continue adding products.

CHECK IT OUT

Sure, there are a lot of presidential websites out there.

But how many of them have presidential urine trickling on the home page? None, that’s how many.

(Actually, I have no idea if that’s true. But I’m glad you’re here nonetheless.)

Go ahead and look around.

Not into commitment or free stuff? That’s fine! Check out my blog. Some of the coolness of the newsletter. But zero commitment or swag.

  • Meet the presidents.

[ still a work in progress, but don’t let that stop you ]

    Meet the women!

[ work in progress, but it’s not just men here! ]

Here’s the top-secret insider tip I promised to share with you:

I love sending mail.

Ok, that’s no secret. Last winter, I sent festive presidential zines to nearly all The POTUS Notice subscribers. I’m not sure I’ll be able to do that again. But guess what?

{whispering}

I occasionally sent mail to people who people who are really into my project. People who regularly participate in my quizzes or comment my blogs or newsletters, share with their friends, cheer me on, give me advice, and/or rescue me from embarrassing mistakes, etc. So, I’m just saying… no pressure, but just something to keep in mind.

If you like getting mail.
